Presales Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Presales Engineer to join a IT Distributor, based on Sunter area.

Role:
A mixture of pre-sales acivities and technical support.

Specific Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of network project, monitoring & other network administrative tools
Having experience on network infrastructure which involved on various technologies and brand
Experience with the SMB & enterprise class routers and switches.
Ability to present and explain technical systems, problems and outcomes to non technical staff
Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
Strong customer service experience in an IT environment
Min. 2 years experience in IT industry
